What happens after you create a request?

  2. 2Compatible agency drivers may be notifiedMatching considers the request, location, capacity, online availability, and an agency-managed vehicle.
  3. 3Drivers review the tripA notified driver can review the route, timing, passenger count, service requirements, and relevant Business details.
  4. 4Drivers can send an offerAn offer is optional. Lgrima does not promise that every request receives one.
  5. 5Available offers appear in the booking surfaceSigned-in clients compare them in Lgrima Client. Website guests use the private status link sent after submission.
  6. 6The client choosesThe traveler or Business user selects the preferred available offer. Lgrima does not assign one automatically.

What an offer can include

  • Driver first name and last initial
  • Driver rating and completed-trip information when available
  • Agency-managed vehicle make, model, category, photo, features, and seat capacity when available
  • Proposed trip price in MAD
  • Offer note when the driver adds one
  • Offer availability or expiry information

How to compare offers

Consider the whole trip rather than choosing automatically by price.

  • Proposed price
  • Vehicle type and capacity
  • Driver profile and rating
  • Offer note and trip requirements
  • Whether the option fits the pickup and service details

Can an offer change? Can the client negotiate?

A driver can revise the price or note while the offer is still pending and the request is still searching. The updated offer replaces the previous pending details.

The current transportation-request screen does not provide a client counter-offer or pre-confirmation chat. The client compares, selects, or leaves the available offers.

What happens when an offer is selected?

  • The selected offer becomes accepted and the request becomes matched.
  • Other pending offers are declined and are no longer available.
  • The driver and agency-managed vehicle are attached to a confirmed trip.
  • Trip messaging becomes available for confirmed, arrived-at-pickup, and in-progress statuses.
  • The agency service fee is deducted from the agency wallet at acceptance.
  • The traveler’s agreed transportation payment remains cash-based.

What if no offers arrive?

A request can remain searching for a limited period. Availability can depend on location, schedule, service details, passenger capacity, suitable vehicles, and which agency drivers are online.

If the request closes without an offer, create a new request after reviewing the details or contact support. Do not rely on a guaranteed response time.

Quick answers before you open a guide.

Does Lgrima choose the driver?

No. The traveler or Business user chooses the preferred available offer.

Can I message a driver before selecting an offer?

No. Trip messaging becomes available after an offer is selected and the trip is confirmed.

Is the lowest price always the best offer?

Not necessarily. Compare the vehicle, capacity, driver profile, note, and fit for the trip as well as price.
