Can drivers create a Partner account on their own?

No. Lgrima Partner access is invitation-only and begins with a personal invitation from an agency.

Which app should hotels and businesses use?

Hotels, riads, guest houses, and businesses use Lgrima Client with a Business account. There is no separate Business mobile app.

Can a driver use Lgrima Client instead of Partner?

No. The apps serve different roles. Invited drivers use Partner for compatible requests, offers, and confirmed trip operations.

Can travelers use the Partner app?

No. Travelers use Lgrima Client to create transportation requests and compare driver offers.

Can agency managers use Partner to manage drivers?

No. Agency managers use the Lgrima Agency Portal to manage drivers, vehicles, and agency activity.

How do travelers pay?

Travelers pay the selected driver in cash according to the confirmed offer. Lgrima does not use online card checkout for these trips.

Can I book without installing the client app?

Yes. Guest booking is available on the Lgrima website for people who prefer to continue in the browser.

What happens when I tap an invitation button?

The page attempts to open the secure invitation entry in Lgrima Partner. If the app is not installed on a phone, it falls back to the appropriate app store.

Does the generic Partner QR code create my driver account?

No. The generic QR contains no invitation token. Driver onboarding still requires the personal invitation sent by the agency.

What should I do if my Partner invitation link does not open?

Open Lgrima Partner and use the manual invitation-token option. If the token is unavailable or expired, ask your agency to resend the invitation.

What does each QR code open?

Each QR opens the verified cross-platform smart destination for the selected Lgrima app. The QR contains no invitation or authentication token.

Are both apps available on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Verified public destinations are provided for the App Store and Google Play for both apps.
