- 4The traveler pays the driverThe agreed trip amount is paid to the selected driver in cash.

What Business bookings use
Business bookings use the same cash-based transportation model. Lgrima does not provide corporate billing, monthly settlement, credit limits, or online guest payment.
The organization should coordinate who hands over the cash with the guest according to its own process.
How the agency service fee remains separate
When an offer is accepted, Lgrima deducts 8% of the accepted offer price from the agency wallet.
This does not change the traveler’s agreed cash amount. The traveler does not pay this fee separately, and the driver does not have an individual Lgrima wallet.
Example with a 500 MAD accepted offer
- Traveler pays the selected driver: 500 MAD in cash
- Agency service fee: 8% of 500 MAD = 40 MAD
- Agency wallet deduction: 40 MAD
Price changes, records, and cancellations
The confirmed offer should remain the reference amount. Any change should be agreed before payment and handled through the supported trip or support process.
Lgrima Client does not currently promise a cash receipt or transportation invoice for this payment flow. Business analytics can export completed-booking records, but this does not turn the trip into online billing.
Because transportation payment is cash-based, Lgrima does not process an online refund. The agency fee is not automatically returned after acceptance; exceptional agency-wallet corrections use an authorized adjustment.
