What is a Business account?
A Business account is an account type inside the Lgrima Client app for organizations that arrange transportation for guests.
It is not a separate Business mobile app and it is not the Affiliate Portal.
Who can create a Business account?
The current signup supports hotels, riads, travel agencies, restaurants, tour operators, and other organizations.
Business Client accounts are currently approved at signup. The organization provides a business name, business type, contact name, phone, email, and password, then can complete optional profile details after sign-in.
Create a guest booking
- 1Add the lead passengerA client or lead-passenger name is required. Phone and email are optional.
- 2Add group and internal contextSet the passenger count and optionally add an internal reference and driver note.
- 3Choose a transportation serviceSelect airport transfer, intercity transfer, city tour, day excursion, or custom trip.
- 4Complete the service detailsAdd the route, schedule, preferred language, and service-specific requirements.
- 5Review and submitThe confirmation screen attaches the Business and guest context to the request.
Receive and choose driver offers
Compatible agency drivers may submit offers. The Business user compares the available driver, vehicle, price, and offer details and selects one for the guest.
No driver is assigned automatically, and Lgrima does not guarantee that every request receives an offer.
What the driver can see
- Business booking label and Business name
- Business type
- Service, route, date, and time
- Passenger count and preferred language
- Lead-passenger name
- Optional booking phone, internal reference, and driver note when provided
Manage the confirmed trip and payment
The confirmed trip appears in the Business account’s Bookings area with driver, vehicle, status, route, and trip details. Messaging follows the confirmed-trip rules.
The selected trip follows Lgrima’s cash-based payment model. The organization should coordinate the cash arrangement with the guest according to its own process. There is no implemented corporate billing or online guest checkout.
Business pricing and the Affiliate Program
Creating and using a Business account is currently free. There is no implemented monthly subscription, per-seat plan, or setup fee; current terms may change as the product evolves.
An Affiliate account is separate. Affiliates share referral tools and can track eligible referral activity, but they do not create guest transportation requests.

Is the guest phone number required?
No. The current Business pre-step requires the lead-passenger name; phone and email are optional.
Does a Business account include corporate billing?
No. Confirmed transportation still follows the cash-payment model.
